My bet is it is related to the impairment of tangible assets. If the future deductibiity of those impairments has been reduced by the future tax laws -that necessitates a re-evaluation of the impairment as it relates to future deductibility and justifies the accelerated expense in the current quarter. Not sure on that but it is my best guess. Bob
