The Navy records posted on Sen. John Kerry's presidential campaign Web site have stirred suspicion of wrongdoing among Internet bloggers, but authoritative sources say the documents show that the ex-Navy officer fulfilled his duty.

One gap that remains is the Democratic presidential nominee's failure to sign a government Standard Form 180. It would authorize the Navy to release any personnel or medical record. At this point, it is thought that the remaining unpublished documents are limited to medical and college records.

I am an authoritative source with 37 continuous years of commissioned service and 6 more non-commissioned years prior to that and I say that article is pure BS.

Lt John Kerry provided aid, comfort, and assistance to the enemy while we were at war. That is a direct contravention to his oath as a commissioned officer and the UCMJ. In Accordance With the Uniform Code of Military Justice, every commissioned officer I know considers Kerry's actions treason.

Lt John Kerry failed to report his contacts with officers of foreign governments. That was a major and gross violation of his Top Secret security clearance.

If Kerry's actions are considered fulfilling one's duty as a commissioned US Military Officer...we might as well do again now what John Kerry induced America to do in the early 1970s and surrender.

Stating that the only unreleased Kerry records are medical and student records is pure BS too. If the Washington Times has the documents they should release them. Making a judgement about the contents without providing the documents is the type of speculation based on an intent to deceive the public that we see more and more of in our press.
