The new trading range? sandspring.com I'd be surprised to see the lows retested that soon. I still think the nine-month cycle, if relevant at all, would indicate the October lows would likely be retested several times till January. I don't see a nine-month cycle in the early 70s bear market. At best, the Dow/NYSE appears to be in a six-month cycle now with a low due in September/October.
