Info, what we're witnessing now is a polarization on the message boards. Either you are "long and strong" or a "basher". Someone on the CCCX message board on RB who claimed to be good friends with the CEO recently bragged about how her broker was a large retailer for that penny stock and was working the phones. I pointed out this was, ummm, not legal. This same person also complained that the consultants who got free paper were dumping and driving the price down. I cited the recent SEC rule change concerning consultants and S-8 securities fraud suggesting she investigate just what exactly they were paid to do. Of course I was labeled a basher. Although it doesn't bother me whatever I'm called, one has to wonder how many legitimate questions are being written off as bashing. - Jeff
