Elmer, The "guilty as charged" comment was a euphemism and that is why it was there in isolation. There will be a megaword/hour on this subject all weekend and the overriding perception of people will be: "guilty as charged", as people interpret it that way, the legal niceties and other stuff will follow. I expect a few hundred lawsuits to be filed in texas and elsewhere pretty damn quick and the publicity from these will affect the SP, even though it will take years for final resolution of them to impact earnings which will remain enormous for those years. Legal costs will rise....understatement of the year? Bill
