The climate back in early April had more anticipated expectations that the Fed would lower short term rates in succession. How much more other than the expected rate cut coming would be reasonable? The next cut would be the sixth and IMHO the last. I would think the market has already priced this in,although I would still not be a bit surprised to see the street rally near the expected cut and sell the news.
