The "vendors of the assets" intend to profit from appreciation
of the stock when Mountain Energy, Inc. harvests those assets.
The concept is similar to a farmer selling cattle. The mark-up
for the steaks, once in the butcher's shop, far exceeds the
value on hoof.
Simple, isn't it?
