Are you people for real!? I don't know whether to chuckle because the idea of creating a defense fund is so preposterous, or to sigh in disgust! No one has even established that Amr needs financial help! And if he told me he needed help, I'd sure be skeptical that I was getting the truth after all the shady deals he's been accused of, and convicted of, in the past. It's too bad about his family, but he made his own choices, didn't he? And he knew the consequences yet he went down that path anyway. I'd like to point out that the US can't freeze the funds he holds in Lebanon. The reported $600,000 he moved there will buy a lot of tv dinners for the kids and wife before it runs out. If you get conned in this 'defense fund' scam, you deserve to have a big red L emblazoned on your forehead and sit in stocks (not the equity kind) on Amr's front lawn in the broiling sun until you come to your senses...
