S. Hochberg doesnt use any fundamental analysis along with 90% of the fund managers out there. No one wants to do any fundamental analysis because it shows that on average the market should be about 1/2 current levels based on earnings and earnings growth (or lack thereof). In most cases the equation cant be completed to determine Price to earnings growth because there's no visibility about when things might turn. Buying chart patterns continues to be the only guide and I think Hochberg would be hard pressed to give you any reason why the market should go up from here other than the chart patterns are not complete.
