Piotr,
Al is trying to pop the bubble with interest rates. This bubble doesn't care about interest rates. It prints money in the stock market and doesn't borrow it. Al is blowing more air into the bubble when he raises rates and kicking the value issues that are already hurting. You can't blame people for buying and selling the bubble at this point.

High risk and money available in the bubble. Just don't get caught there when it pops.
