Yes, you can pick one up at most drug stores and it is usually located near the check out at this time of year.

What is done is to fill it with some product, warm it up a bit if I remember. And then as you tip your head back you slowly pour it down one side of your nose and that helps to clear the nasal. After doing one side then you do the other.

My sweetheart uses is and has great success.

It's not hard to do and the cost is about $10.

The bug that has been going around raises havoc with the sinuses and can lead to laryngitis..

If you find it will not go away becareful it doesn't become bacterial. Watch the color of the phlem. It should be clear. If it progresses to a light green and then brown go to a clinic.

Also keep an eye on your temp and if it begins to rise then ask for a anti bacterial such as a zpak aka zithromyacin SP?
