It is looking like it may be S3, TRID, and CHPS moving together. They are all up +3/4 to +7/8. I think that some of the money from INTC, IBM, 3COM, etc is moving into undervalued tech stocks. There is also a lot of new money moving into mutual funds and it has to go somewhere. Keep going past 20 and lets beat the MMs for once before expiration.
