I don't question that the government has a legitimate role in protecting a fetus. It's just a question of which protections are appropriate and when. You haven't heard me rail against the partial birth abortion legislation. My comments have been technical. Or perhaps you forgot that, too. Just like you forgot that I said a fetus was worth more than nail clippings.
