Rocks-licks-rocks, My understanding is the SEC has gone after guys who tout stocks on the internet and they are subject to serious sanctions. What you do, whether in your job description or not, is the same thing, just on the negative side. And if you are doing it to make money by driving the price of the stock down, you are also subject to those sanctions, which are quite serious. You could make $$ by trading, by getting paid or receiving gifts (which you admitted previously receiving from Sony), or other perks, under the table benefits, etc. The SEC is very interested in pursuing such activity. I think you need to be quite careful as there are a lot of people on this thread that believe you are a paid spoiler and you can be reported. Best of luck getting your head down between your legs and finding two peas and or a pinky.

Regards, David S.
