Alex, I have heard that the NR is weeks away. Well, I'm not sure how to respond to that. On May 28, I called BXG to see how things were progressing. I got the answering machine and left a message asking them to call me back. A half hour or so later, Thomas Robertson called me. Among other things, he said that there would definitely be a news release in the next week (i.e. May 31 to June 4). My assumption all along was that it wouldn't be much more than a status report as opposed to a halt/acquisition announcement. Anyway, Mr. Robertson called me again (unsolicited) on May 31. When I asked if things were still on track regarding the news release, he backed off from his "definitely" statement of a few days earlier. It was obvious to me that something had changed. That's not necessarily bad news. At this point, I'm not worried. Things are moving along slower than expected (what else is new?). The trading volume certainly doesn't indicate that we've been victims of some sort of P&D (unless, of course, they're trying to retire on $10-20k worth of profit). Hang in there ...
