Definitely not... VGY will probably fail the H&S neckline in mid-Dec and sell back off strongly. I was originally thinking we could get to DOW 10,000 by the end of the year, but unless we get more mutual fund cash inflows, which is doubtful since the trend is clearly down, we may NOT see more any new highs this year.
