Has anyone received the proxy?

I am anxious to hear the details. It is supposed to be preferred, convertible securities that will NOT dilute existing common stock.

It is also supposed to be key to securing the financing that we have been waiting to hear about (which in turn is key to funding the clinical trials which are necessary to market SYBD products).

I do like the volume we have seen the last few days. Looks like we have found a new base for accumulation (5/32 range) as we await our answers.
