The web page indeed may be a great product, (it's actually a theme) however, Simmulator Systems (CSIN) is actually a licensee of WorldNet Gaming who is responsible for all front and back end operations of the web sites they license to operators. CSIN's sole responsibility is promotion and marketing of their web site. Although I don't know the number of web sites WorldNet plans to offer under their master license; it may be only a few, however, Internet casinos are not new to the Internet. Virtual casinos cannot be compared to brick-and-mortar operations because real estate has static limitations whereas virtual doesn't. Buy-outs and consolidations are likely when customer bases and revenue are sufficient. It would catastrophic to assume a great product would promote itself. I wish that were the case, but, unfortunately it isn't. The very basic question I have is what were the reason(s) for Simmulator Systems entry into the online gaming business in the first place? The stock play could prove lucrative if segregated solely for the Internet gaming business, however, if the intent is to shore up the company's principle business, then I would be cautious. This is a concern that needs to be addressed.
