Great, this board rises from the dead. Excellent questions. Unfortunately, my limited tech training (and research into the company) means I can't answer your question. Hopefully someone can. I notice that Kevin Landis' Firsthand funds was a driver for this stock, but it appears that shortly after his AOL comment, the % stake his funds held in PKTR dropped sharply. He could've sold, but because his fund have seen dramatic inflows, maybe it just means he isn't buying anymore.

As for patents, the only recent one I found for PKTR at www.patentinvestor.com is: "Method for minimizing unneeded retransmission of packets in a packet communication environment supporting a plurality of data link rates"

- Netconductor.com

Net and Board,
Tell me does the product that PKTR sells serve the next generation fibre channel and wireless efforts.

Are they any PKTR patents for this technology to include future technologies FC WL?

Probably been stated before but how prominent is a WAN structure i.e., does every company need one. Is it something only an ISP needs? What is the need for this company PKTR.

If you can provide these answers I thank you.

Jeff...
