200! get real!! thats > 6 billion for a company generating less then 10 million in revenue with a slowing growth rate. Why do you think they are rushing this to market ? [hint - hot market and hot field] The only reason this stock will trade higher then 60ish is because the clueless people will blindly pay anything and buy on the open. Think about it! the float is tiny. Thus, with clueless demand for this stock and a tiny float the stock will go up unjustly. There are 4 million share on the market, but 31 million total shares. When you purchase a share you are actually paying for about 10 and the underwriter will thank you! Don't get me wrong, I think this is a good company in a good area but anyone who buys a market order at the open or pays over 60-62 deserves what they get. Face it everyone is over hyping the XML thing -- EDI still rules the btob marketplace and anyone who thinks SOAP or RPC and XML are the answer is clueless. XML will never be a CORBA or EJB it is a data transfer mechanism only. It it not a distributed languge and never will be! Anyone who would like to argue this bring it on -- You know I'm right! Distributed programing is complex and network problems can not be handled by xml. Check out beas for a real solution! Look, I am not saying this to make money -- I don't know how anyone could make money by making negative comments on an ipo -- you can't short it! Besides my comments are not negative just rationally agressive! Don't get burned with the hype like so may did with VA Linux Lnux, Cobolt Networks cobt webvan wbvn and so many others. Good luck!!
