I agree regarding as to "WHAT THE COMPANY BELIEVES". The bigger question is what THE COURT BELIEVES! As to Chuck Miller (Commonwealth), it's my understanding he was brought on board to help gain approval in foreign markets, and in general move the case for sale of Reticulose forward. He also started Commonwealth in order to distribute the drug. ADVR already had Reticulose, and Miller was brought on considerably after Friedland and Bregman started up ADVR. Mr. Fisher of Kings know way more than I about this, so he might be the one to give explanations.
