I agree greatly w/ Bob's repsonse to your post. In addition, I was going to point the (possibly) obvious, in that TRNT is a strong player in their geographic region's computer service sector, having many solid names on their major customer list. I don't think that it is unrealistic at all to expect consolidation within the computer service out-sourcing industry, w/ relatively large and/or strong players emerging and acquiring others, creating super-regional or even national players.
Could TRNT be one of the co.'s to expand to this level? I don't know, you'd have to read into mgmt.'s long-term intent. Could TRNT be the acquired? Could be, again further clarification would be needed from mgmt. One would also expect mgmt. to want an appropriate premium in order to be acquired, as it is clear that they do have a vision that leads to even greater things down that road, and any purchase price would have to adequately address this potential.
Just some random thoughts here,
Khris
