Thanks for showing up. What we are attempting to do here is make a specific list of things we like to see in a flamingo, and a list of things we do not. We have bounced a few things around here, and now have a rough idea of how to roll out the topics(working on an outline now). One of the things we are going to do(God willing) is to use HISC as our precedent, since they did go 100 bags AND have held their ground quite nicely(unlike most rockets which come down as fast as they go up). So, we are trying to create a process to find flamingo's we can go long in...that's the mindset we want...LONG. Well, while working on the outline I can across two things in a pink sheet that I'm a bit stumped over as to what the advantages would be pro or con for each. I can't figure out what is better "solicited" or "unsolicited"..."
piggy back qualified" or "not piggyback qualified". Hisc is "unsolicited" and "not piggyback qualified". I have a rough idea of what the terms mean(from you, rrufff, and pinksheets.com), but can you tell me what is best for the "long" mindset. OR does it really not matter? OR is it just because HISC is so new and given time they will become "solicited" and "piggyback qualified".

The reason I have asked you here is because you are the person I have come across, in all my cyber thread investor travels, that seemed to have the best handle on the cause and effect of the above things. Can you clear things up any or do you know someone that can? TIA
