I read all your discussions during the last 7 days. Congratulation for your good works.

After reading all of your works, I do believe that:
- the company and design of the chip are real.
- reputation and technical skill of Mark Koz are very good.
- $40e6 contract is not there yet. After the company, a few minor problems are to be solved with the client and they believe that the contract will be signed within 2 weeks. For this I really not that optimist to believe that someone can sign a contract of that size without testing the product.

I have a few questions:
- How MPEG doing business now? Are they selling any other products or services which can generate profit for the company operation or just spending all capital investment.
- I believe that we need a second or may be a third confirmation about the reliability between a design on paper and final product. Anybody has direct experience with this? What is the software MPEG are using now for design? Is that software reliable that much?

Since I know nothing about semi-conductor, if I call MPEG, I would not understand the technical explaination. So it's better if someone has good knowledge in this fied can call the company.
