Robert, I don't know but I will call the company next week to find out. If the stock stays at these levels Calloway would be in no hurry to hold the annual meeting. Maybe they are cleaning up the San Juan, they will have the meeting in the number one shaft. after all do they have any funds left to rent a hotel room? they are still paying rent at the home office, a good place to have the meeting. I think they should have the meeting in the form of a conference call so all can express their opinions. the way things are now the stock has lost $35 million in value. What is san Juan worth? Even at $3 million this works out to more than ten cents a share. vargas
