Listened to replay of conf call and it was depressing. Next Q sales will be flat, even though Oct is usually a strong month due to gov't sales. VTEL reason-mergers take time. When asked when they will return to profitablity--answer same, mergers take time, cannot say when it will return to profitability. Continually failed to answer directly questions of analysts. Yeadon
