Mr. B, Thanks. After reading all that, and more, I'm beginning to feel that MSPG will left to it's own devices concerning broadband. How will MSPG compete if and when the FCC rules to let T keeps it's cable network to itself and RBOCs free of regulation with independent data subsidiaries (RBOC controlled ISPs)? The FCC will have to rule in Ts favor in order to create competition to the RBOCs. The FCC might let the RBOCs have independent subsidiaries as consolatory action in the wake of a favorable T ruling. If you believe the above, then MSPG could be left out. It's a lot to chew on so forgive me for thinking out loud. Greg
