You seem to go into so much detail and get side tracked, and now you're telling me I'm ignorant when I already told you I was very ignorant at the beginning, I was asking question... this was not to trap you, but to learn from you, but you're awfully defensive and quick to shoot... and I was merely not sure want you were trying to say, all you had to do was define your terms which I had not heard before, i.e., "Letters of Marque and Reprisal." Could that have been so difficult? A simple explanation would have done the job, but it took another poster, not even a Ron Paul supporter, to explain what that phrase meant.
