I think $1.20 is too low because I believe AMAT will exceed 2000 revenues.

Are revenues your only reason for expecting higher than $1.20? What about cost cutting and operational efficiencies. These are no substitute for increasing revenues, I know but this time around cost containment as revenues are peaking will be much easier.

AMAT is outsourcing a lot of IT to india, for example. Thats 1/5 the cost of the prior approach. (for a number of reasons I'm not sure this is a great idea fwiw)
