Only Ericsson/Nokia lovers will flame you. I agree with most of what you have to say.

It wasn't that long ago that the Swedish media question Ericsson absence from CDMA, when there was the big layoff's. Out of the secret facility that doubles as a herring cannery, they produce "new and improved" CDMA. It's almost comical. The most amusing thing about this ETSI, is Siemens backbone. Siemens has more CDMA research than Ericsson.

They attempt to circumvent QCOM at every step, to the point of accusing QCOM of stealing their patent!! Really, they shoved the GSM standard down the world throat and now they want to be king of the hill in CDMA technology, when they haven't made it work. I got to laugh.
