Fowler hates the environment and loves pollution. He smells foul chemicals in the air and sighs "ah, Exxon profits". He is some kind of Exxon and Enron supporting creep, whether paid by Exxon or not, he appears to be. An Exxon lobbyist couldn't BS us more than Fowler does. Bush got 1.5 million from Enron, the most money a corp has ever paid off a politician.
