Dean has no chance of winning 2004. It's all staged for Bush to be re-elected. When the truth about Dean comes out he will have no chance at all.

Howard Dean's Experiments on Children By Cliff Kincaid December 10, 2003

While Howard Dean is a Northeastern liberal, he’s no Michael Dukakis. So says William Kristol of The Weekly Standard, writing in the Washington Post about Dean’s chances to win in 2004. In 1988, the former Massachusetts governor lost to George H.W. Bush after being branded a dreaded "Massachusetts liberal." By contrast, the media have labeled Dean a "conservative" or "centrist" on some issues.
But the truth about Dean’s embrace of the radical homosexual agenda could put the former Vermont governor on the far, far left side of the political spectrum, even beyond the liberalism of Dukakis.............

Democrats' Anger at Bush Still Fueling Dean's Effort By T.R. Reid
washingtonpost.com Washington Post Staff Writer Monday, December 15, 2003; Page A02
WINTERSET, Iowa -- There was a doctor in the room, so Nancy Hull naturally grabbed the opportunity to get advice for her aching back. "Dr. Dean," she asked, "whenever I hear George W. Bush speak, I get a searing pain in my spine. Can you suggest a remedy?"
The question sparked an explosion of cheers and whoops of agreement among the 100 Democrats gathered at the Madison County Historical Center where the biggest display commemorates the fact that John Wayne was born in this quiet farm town -- and physician-turned-politician Howard Dean was ready with his answer.
"My prescription is for you to go to the caucuses on January 19 and vote for Howard Dean," the candidate said, drawing even louder whoops and cheers.
"That's the best cure for what ails America."
As Dean noted here Friday, much has changed since he first came to Winterset more than a year ago as the former governor of Vermont.
But even though he has emerged as the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination -- and his one-sedan campaign entourage has morphed into a full-scale motorcade, complete with press bus -- the Dean campaign is still running primarily on the tonic that fueled his rise: Democratic loathing of President Bush. .....

Vermont parents protest harassment of students by homosexual teachers Nov 2, 2000 By Lawrence Morahan
bpnews.net
MONTPELIER, Vt. (BP)--A group of Vermont parents met at the State Capitol in Montpelier Tuesday to protest what they see as promotion of the homosexual agenda in schools by state and local educators, according to CNSNews.com
Tuesday's protest was sparked in part by an incident at a local school where a student said he was exposed to "homosexual harassment" in the classroom.
In a study of genealogy, a teacher said that homosexuality was inherited, putting forward a controversial thesis that has never been proven. When the student questioned the teacher, the teacher asked the student if he was "homophobic" or "had problems with his sexuality," the student said in an affidavit. The teacher is a facilitator with the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network.
CNSNews.com reported that family groups also are protesting the distribution of graphic brochures by Outright Vermont, a tax-funded organization that targets "gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth."
Of particular concern to parents is a pamphlet by Outright Vermont entitled, "Safer Sex Can Be Fun," in which children are encouraged to: "Become a condom expert. Practice with a few different brands, colors and flavors. Learn to put them on in the dark. Then you'll be ready for safer sex."
"We are also very concerned with stated policies put out by GLSEN that there should be no concerted efforts made to change a homosexual individual from the position they've already taken regarding their lifestyle," said state Representative Nancy Sheltra, a conservative Republican who led Tuesday's protest.
Sheltra has formed a new political action committee -- Standing Together And Reclaiming the State (STARS), which is focused on recruiting and educating new political ......
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vermont Civil Unions Bill Faces Historic Legal Challenge nljonline.com
MATHEW D. STAVER Chief Counsel, Liberty Counsel
On behalf of 18 plaintiffs, Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit challenging the Vermont Civil Unions Bill. The bill, which legalizes same sex unions, went into effect on July 1.
On March 16, the Vermont House of Representatives passed the Civil Unions Bill by a vote of 76 to 69, a split of only seven votes. It has now become apparent that Rep. Ann Seibert acted as a bookie in which she and 13 other representatives, who voted in favor of the bill, engaged in a betting pool on the House floor. They gambled on who would come the closest to predicting the number of “yes” votes.
Under Vermont House Rule 75, any representative who has a direct or indirect interest in the outcome of pending legislation must be disqualified from voting. This means that if the 14 representatives who violated House Rule 75 (along with constitutional and state laws) were disqualified, the bill would have never passed.
In Vermont, it is illegal to engage in a betting or wagering pool. Anyone who acts as a bookie can face up to six months imprisonment. Rep. Seibert has publicly admitted that she acted as the bookie, and that she and the 13 other representatives engaged in the betting pool. She publicly acknowledges that what she did was wrong, but she tries to downplay the significance of the gambling activity.
For the first time in known history, legislators actually gambled in the House chamber over the outcome of the vote on this dubious legislation. We have discovered ten state Supreme Courts that have invalidated laws or contracts when the public official who voted in favor had even the smallest financial interest in the outcome.
Since the entire process of the Civil Unions Bill has been tainted by the improper gambling, we are arguing that the bill should be struck down. Even Gov. Dean, who has been an active supporter of the Civil Unions Bill, said the gambling pool was like Pete Rose betting on baseball, and acknowledged that it has cast a serious cloud over the legislative process.
The clients we represent include an attorney, a doctor, an insurance agent, 11 democratic and republican state representatives and three town clerks. One of our clients has been a state representative for 32 years.
The town clerks we represent have been put in a very difficult situation. Under the state law, they are required to issue the Civil Union license, or designate some other person to do so. Our town clerks object to the issuance of a Civil Union license because homosexual unions are contrary to their religious and moral beliefs.
On July 1, two lesbians were the first couple to obtain a Civil Union license. Later in the day, CNN showed two homosexual men driving away in a limousine with a sign reading, “Just Married.”
We have now learned that the homosexual organization, Outright Vermont, has received a state grant to teach a seminar to young public school students entitled, “Under-standing Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning Youth Issues.”
Documents that we have obtained indicate that Outright Vermont has already received over $100,000 in state grants. Vermont Gov. Howard Dean has indicated his public approval of Outright Vermont and advocates increased funding for this and other similar groups. He not only personally met with representatives of Outright Vermont, he has also received literature which details the organization’s plans for Vermont.
Outright Vermont intends to re-write school curriculum and has already begun conducting “safer sex parties” in the public schools. Since the Civil Unions Bill elevates homosexual unions to the same level as marriage, it will be impossible to keep affirmative homosexual teachings out of the public schools.
During their “safer sex” parties, Outright Vermont has already distributed to public school students condoms and other sexual paraphernalia. Outright Vermont also intends to use state funds to develop a “drop off” facility where young people can meet and have access to thousands of magazines, videos, and other material regarding homosexual activity. The organization also intends to use state funds to teach students about changing gender.
The town clerks we represent are faced with a very difficult decision. Some of these clerks have been civil servants for 20 years or more. Do they resign their position and allow someone with an entirely different worldview to take a role in government? Do they issue the Civil Union License against their religious objection? Do they designate someone else to issue a license on their behalf? To engage in the latter approach is like designating an underling to oversee the gas chamber because the supervisor has an objection to the human atrocity. Appointing someone else to do a job which you believe is morally wrong is not a feasible option.
In November, every member of the state House of Representatives, including the governor, is up for re-election. The state of Vermont could rally and literally clean house, purging the legislature of these activists whose agenda is far different than their own. Our lawsuit against the Civil Unions Bill is the only one of its kind in the country and is the only legal challenge against the Civil Unions Bill at this time. |
