Gindela: Let me clear the air here! First, That news was from Dec 17, 1998. Second

item is that there was a promise in writing for MDIN / NPEC to become reporting companies.

I find that of very high concern! Yet no one here seems to think so!

I find it of concern that MDIN's status as a OTC:BB LISTED COMPANY. A conpany
trading on the OTC is <*> NOT<*> required to release vital financial infomration
to the investing public. Without this infomration it's nearly iimposible to
accurately value the company or determine it's potential. I just
thought I'd include that shares traded can and IMO. are by insiders, outsiders,
friends, family, whomever! Yet Realistically if they were reporting that would
show up IMO. in records and it would be very easy to see. So my question to you
and this investment comunity is why are they not a reporting company as they
said they would be over what a year now? I will no longer sit by and watch
the impossible take place.

Without audited financial data it's impossible to know if MDIN/NPEC even have
the resources to attempt ot einter the targeted projects forward. Give close
thought to caution as a prudent investor in the penny stocks should spend more
time with the ear of the company talking and asking for the proof in writing
on letter head with the name of the person making claims on the letter!

Happy Holidays,
Jim....

P.S. I hope that was better for you with less j.speak, and it's JMVHO on the
topic at hand with my investment in the firms.
