Phil,

I followed your instructions and am in My Computer and in Startup. I only see two program and yet I see 10 icons in the box with the clock.

I also tried Ctrl-Alt-Del and saw many programs running in addition to the two I saw in the section above. How do I get them to disappear from the box with the clock?
