I would have to go back and read the 10K's and employment agreements to see what the option prices was for these guys when they exercised. I think it was pretty low so the large number of sold shares may have had to do with tax consequences to some degree.

I posted because I also found it interesting that the purchases (even though small) were made so quickly after the sales.
