First, to Ken and Mrs. Ken: A BIG MAZELTOV! May the joy and happiness of this time continue abundantly for you through the many years to come. With the very positve recent postings, it certainly is an upbeat day. Jerard continues to caution patience; but what the hell, a little dreaming is the elixer and excitement that adds some spice to existence. ASC----someone posted the conjecture that the hearing could be delayed indefinitely. Would this be a satisfactory alternative?? I'd rather see the damn problem settled and done with--and I believe this would open the door to electronic trading--IMHO. Bob Goldstein
