It means to me that X-Stream has the right business model. That is why MSN and others are flocking to it. MSN has been losing customers per the article and, it appears, X-Stream is gaining customers. Whether or not free MSN can turn it around we will have to see. Just like the U.S., some ISPs will survive and flourish and others will be gone. My money is on XSNI to be one of the survivors. Jeff
