I too applaud DWA for their commitment to improving their service and I feel that I get a lot a bang for my buck. However, I have also felt the frustration that many others have. I can specifically empathize with the perception of a condescending attitude from some of my PM's that I had. On the other hand, I know that it was just Tommy being frustrated as well. There is much truth to both sides of this issue. THERE WAS A WARNING- Yes, but as others have said, it wasn't the 2x4 that some expected. I know that many people assumed that when the indicators reversed, it meant the warning was negated. I know I did. Hopefully, the new University and/or a new understanding by DWA of how their clients use the service will prevent this in the future.

The biggest problem for me however was conflicting information. My biggest loser this year was an OTC stock. I went from being up quite a bit to down in a couple of days. At that point I PM'd Tommy asking him if HIS pick was still valid. He said YES. Then it broke a double bottom. I PM'd him again asking if I shouldn't sell. I was told NO. Then it gave another sell signal. I was told to hold again, "the Bio sector is turning. It's OK". All of this was going on during a time when supposedly we were all being given ample warning to get out of OTC or volatile stocks. Well, if I was being given mixed signals, don't you think others were as well. As I told Tommy, I don't expect them to be right every time. I am not mad at him for telling me to hold the stock. I am frustrated that I when I questioned him about this specific incident I was told "that that one got screwed up when it went up 100% the day I mentioned it on CNBC". If that is the case then don't tell the thread to buy it on any pullback (which he did). Don't tell someone to hold it when asked, after it has broken all PnF support. But especially, don't then say that PnF gave me plenty of warning about OTC or tech stocks. It is this type of attitude that people find offensive.

I have told Tommy all of this by PM and am satisfied with his response. I believe changes will be made for the better. I KNOW he delivers a good product. I KNOW he and his people try their hardest. I also know that people like Jorj (with his initial post), and Ray are justified in their responses as well. I consider many here, including Tommy, to be friends, and I hope everyone will realize that this is an unusual time, mistakes have been made, and we can all still be friends and learn from this.

Regards to all,
