The way I understand it is that there is no All Or Nothing capability because of Island

Take a look at isld.com and search for the word None

"OUCH is a protocol that allows subscribers to enter orders into and receive executions from the Island ECN."

"Minimum executable shares. This is the smallest number of shares that can be executed from the total order. If Minimum equals Shares, the order is an All or None order. If Minimum equals 0, any number of shares can be executed."

This suggests to me that Island can already do All or None unless this is just a place holder in the protocol.

If it is there, why hasn't Datek made it available to its customers? Datek?????
