This time it is the market and not Pete. My opinion is that management is legit but they have lost all respect with the street. Performance and execution is the only medicine that can be prescribed at this point.

I think Mgt. came with in a jack ass's hair from a lawsuit back on Aug. 12 and they learned a valuable lesson that took centi-millions out of their pockets.

P.S. Either this EBPP thing is going to be big or it isn't. Quit worrying and look in two years and see if it has taken off yet. Time is the gamble with this stock, plain and simple.
