Also if the "corporations don't have rights amendment" idea went in to effect your personal property would probably not be safe from search and sizure while it was under government control. Your documents on corporate servers, your e-mail being sent through company servers (not just e-mail on your employer's server, google is also a company, as our yahoo, microsoft, apple, and the majority of organizations providing e-mail service), etc. could just be grabbed by the government any time it wanted to do so, with no warrant or court order, or probably cause needed.

I suppose the government could forcibly quarter soldiers at your domicile as long as your renting from a company rather than an owner yourself or renting from a non-corporate owner.
