Dems winning the suburban votes. Look at this typical American suburb which elected a Repub last time. realclearpolitics.com Now the Dem is 5% up. This is typical. Bushies may hold onto the racist redneck vote, but more and more rural Americans are getting wise too. Dems may take as much as 40% of the rural vote this time around. The GOP's dissing of Hispanics and blacks hasn't helped their either.
