Thanks DG; I'm familiar with Dessauer, but wasn't aware he was getting aboard the LSI train.. Much as I agree with the gathering tide of analysts supporting LSI, I'm going to continue holding off at least into the second week of Dec to add to positions. I do continue to hold (quite a few) options in case my basic bearishness gets "overcome by events"... Thanks again for the info!! dlo TSO
