Seagrams owns a ton of USAI and a ton of Universal studios. They can veto anything Diller wants to do in regard to USAI. USA networks and Universal studios are big rivals of Disney. And yet ESPN is teaming up with Ticketmaster. It's just too complicated folks. When TMCS reaches 43 sell it. Just kidding. I love TMCS. I think that Diller who was called a wiz kid 28 years ago is like a &*&^^% who never knew she was sitting on a pot of gold. He said he never wants to work for anyone again and perhaps that's why we're stuck. He wanted to run off and do his own little thing with USAI-TMCS- Lycos. What moron. This is almost like a scenario ripe for Dilbert.
