Bruce- What is so interesting about the HyperTV License Agreement? It looks completely boiler-plate to me... As an aside, all software license agreements are ludicrous. I think MSFT started this whole thing... you walk into a store and buy a CD-ROM and you're not buying the software, you're buying a license of the software, which can be revoked at any time, yadda yadda. You don't own the CD, Microsoft does. But back to the IATV agreement, that looks nearly word for word like every other software agreement out there, unless I'm missing something. -Mike
