Bill,
I described it then and continue to now as being in the middle of one of those grade b, Japanese horror movies of the 50s. At that moment I thought the entire city would be destroyed that day by a Godzilla like monster.
Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge later that day as i headed for my sons apartment, alongside 100,000 other folks, I was sure that the Bridge was going to be attacked as well. It is great to be alive and it will be much better when the cancer of terror is finally removed from this planet. Mike
