Torus - many thanks, very interesting reading

If IDT can avoid the taxes by buying these bankrupt businesses, thats great. (I am not sure at all if this will fly with the IRS. Very complicated issue - buying others losses carry forward)

In either case, IDT will get stuck with some pretty ugly business models. (at least at pennies on the dollar and maybe without much debt)

The real question: can IDT make something out of these assets that adds to the bottom line in 3-5 years?
I personally doubt that.

That said, a savings of 40% of 1 billion can pay for a lot of losses down the road.

In general, I like companies that concentrate on what they do best and most profitable.
I think these deals have put a cloud over this company for some time to come.

IDT looks like a hold for now.
If I get the opportunity to join you near $20, I will.
I hope for your sake I dont. lol

Michail
