I don't know if he has a Bellhead bias, but I do know that he has respect for numbers. And the numbers now point to ATM as being the dominant undercarriage for dsl's of all persuasions, consistent with all of the ILEC's (and now, most CLECs of size, as well) choice in the xDSL access platform.

If this is being bell-headed, then one would have to rank the larger CLECs are bell-headed, too. (Some of the smaller CLECs and ISPs are using non-ATM flavors of dsl.)

Now, as far as your depicting the Verizon/Northpoint deal as a bearhug, that's another matter.
