Interesting article in today's Washington Post on the reduced degrees of freedom for Rumsfeld

Who's up and who's down is the Beltway, and our, source of entertainment. I think as long as he has Bush's backing he is in good shape. The Generals, Congress, and the Contractors don't want the weapon systems they have on line stopped. There is tremendous opposition built up from the fact that he stopped the new Artillery System.
