Steve, given your explanation of the way Datek works in synchrony with Island, it seems to me that if I place a limit order for 22 1/16 when the best MM bid is 22, to find a matching fill (for a buy) in the Island book would take a MM uptick since no one else in Island will be wanting to sell that low (if they are using Island, they will probably set their sell limit right below the ask). Please correct me, I hope that I'm wrong.
And what has been your experience? have your limit orders slightly better than the MM best bid/ask been filled quickly? If not, what broker are you confident and pleased with.
Unfortunately, I'm not having much of a life tonight - and tomorrow my wife wants to go to the opera (can't wait to trade on Monday)

Garrett
